Evans Hokey

I am results-driven Programs Development and Management professional with over 7 years of experience in Programs Development and Administration. I have built a background in International Business and Programs Management portfolios. I have repeatedly and successfully organized Enactus Ghana National Competitions gathering over 7,000 student leaders while coordinating over 600 of their projects across the country in the capacity of a Programs Manager.

Evans Hokey received B.Sc. in Financial Accounting from University College of Management Studies Accra Ghana, an M.Sc. in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the Swiss Institute of Business and is currently the C.E.O of UG Consult a Consultancy firm specializing in management. A strong advocate of hands-on, inquiry-based learning, He involves himself in a variety of community service problem-solving, and technology-infused activities that provide him with opportunities to use his skills and knowledge to help others. 

His professional interests focus on communicative approaches to management teaching, thematic planning, and cooperative learning. Evans has worked with the Institute of Teacher Education and Development as the Programmes coordinator, facilitating Professional Development programs for over 2,000 teachers from over 11 schools. He also doubles as the Head of Operations for Dress Fashion and Training Institute in Accra, with the responsibility of steering the affairs of the Institute.

Evans’s current projects include the organization of a Pass it on (P.I.O) project on the theme of Democracy and Emerging Leaders, the formation of a Youth Based Organization known as the Democratic Youth Movement (DYM) in Ghana, and the development of a thematic area in business management. In addition, he serves as a consultant for Skyline High School and is a member of DESPLAY AFRICA a Democracy Advocacy organization in Nigeria
